Christopher Osei: “I had little knowledge in electrical installation and also unemployed. I was registered with social welfare for job opportunity until when I was referred and selected for the solar training. I am now doing workplace experience learning with SANDURA at Kumasi which has given me more skills in electrical and solar training as well as industry experience. I am grateful for the opportunity!”
The workplace experience learning (WEL)is the opportunity for the participants to demonstrate the skills achieved and if successful to retain for a job.
What’s more, 24 out of 15 project participants already gained a job or started a business!
