In a former project Pinasol trained nine youth including a female trainee at the renewable energy centre at Krobea Asante Technical Vocational Institute. This forms part of skills training by it partners including impact direct foundation, Krobea Asante Technical Vocational Institute and World Vision Ghana. The participants were taking through Electrical Installation, House Wiring, Solar PV technology, load assessment for solar PV, how to assembly Batteries, Panels, Controllers, Inverters and the choice of cables, Roof Top Installation of panels, ground mounted panel installation and Work Place Experience Learning (WEL).

Also the new project hopes to train 15 youths to acquire skills and entrepreneurial training to uplift themselves from poverty.
