Harvesting and Value Addition of Vegetables
As COSDEP, we encourage production of different vegetable varieties as it provides a promising economy opportunity
for reducing rural poverty and unemployment for our farmers. Vegetables farming is one key component of farm diversification strategies as they are one of the most affordable source of vitamins and minerals needed for good health and are easy to produce.
