In the third week of August, COSDEP embarked on groups training for Kagaa Amani, Miumia and Mwihoko farmers groups all in Kagwe location. The training sessions were theoretical and practicals on composting and raised beds preparation being undertaken. We also purchased and distributed vertical gardens and seeds for the groups to facilitate in the establishment of the kitchen gardens. We plan mount vertical gardens with the groups next and do follow ups to ensure the project activities go on as planned.
