Social Work in Ghana

Francis Addai (VAO) and iMPACT direct will facilitate a workshop at HAN International Week for social work students.

The workshop will deal about Social Work in Ghana:

How to include women in a project that is traditionally seen as something for men only? Social workers from Vulnerable Aid Organization (VAO) in Ghana break down barriers for women. They will share their expertise on how they do that, using the Bee-Farming project as an example. After that, students will work on their own case to address social exclusion or discrimination. And they receive feedback and suggestions from Francis Addai (VAO) and Inemarie Dekker (iMPACT direct).
