Dear ,
Despite a tough year, we remained strong in building strong locally-led organisations,
thanks to our wonderful team on the ground.
We hope you can also look back at an impactful 2024! And we gladly take you through ours in below summary. Wishing to inspire you and to keep making an impact together in 2025!

5 new NGOs, 12 new projects, and 1 strong team
2024 results thanks to your support are:
- Visibility: We have reached more audience than ever before - especially locally-led NGOs joining the Expert Talk by and for African NGOs on impact analysis & local fundraising online last July.
- Direct funding to locally-led NGOs and their projects: Together with 12 partner-NGOs from Cameroon, Ghana, Kenia, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda, we have collected €115,000 from funds, companies and individuals (and still counting!).
- Professionalisation: Our first year to have 100% tailored training sessions, based on the NGOs' self-assessments on the 5 aspects of a Healthy NonProfit. These showed to be game changing -- preparing NGOs to become the best impact makers in their region and make impact beyond our 3-year partnership.
This is despite the fact that our day-to-day manager was absent for months due to sickness. That all services to our partner-NGOs kept running, shows what a great team we have built in the past 4 years! Besides immense pride about this young team, we feel this is the most important asset in growing further towards our ambitions in 2025.
